Reminder, Replacement, and Recovery of Library materials
After an item is overdue two weeks, a telephone or e-mail reminder shall be attempted as a first step. If within two weeks there is no response from the patron, a letter will be sent. If the materials are still not returned within another two weeks time, a certified mail notice will be sent requesting the cost of replacement for the materials. Patrons who have overdue materials shall be denied borrowing privileges until the materials are returned or the cost of replacement is reimbursed.
